A Voluntary Quality Partnership brings together all stakeholders with an interest in improving local transport. The key players are the local authorities, transport operators (bus and train), interest groups, businesses and those who could be significant commissioners of service. In Hertfordshire, the QP Secretariat and strategic delivery is supported by the University of Hertfordshire, working closely with Hertfordshire County Council’s public transport team and its information Intalink service (www.intalink.org.uk)
